Beautiful blue glass with multi knotch design double marked on the bottom. Once with a sticker that reads, DeVilbiss Gold Plate S200 17, also marked, CZECHOSLOVAKIA, in the glass. The long glass tube is present and totally intact. Bulb is a replacment. Other than slight roughness around the edge of the bottom, the bottle is in excellent condition. Measures approx. 7 1/4" tall and 2 1/2" in diameter around the bottom. ID=AT84
