Even the skirt to my school girl uniform didn't
have this many pleats! Around & around
they go forming a super Art Deco cloche hat
embellished by an astounding feather design.
Look closely…the feathers’ stems
have amber beading. This is an amazing sable-brown
colored vintage hat by ‘DORIS Designed’
that is fully lined & is in excellent
condition. The inside head measurement is
